Currently, I’m working on scaling my client acquisition process for my digital marketing and development agency, particularly across international markets like the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. While we have a strong service offering that includes website development, SaaS solutions, and 360° digital marketing, the challenge lies in creating a consistent and predictable flow of high-quality leads. I’m actively trying to improve our outreach strategies through channels like LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing, while also optimizing conversion rates from initial contact to closed deals. At the same time, managing follow-ups, nurturing leads, and aligning the sales process with my team’s workflow is becoming increasingly complex as we grow. Finding the right balance between automation and personalization, along with building a scalable system that doesn’t compromise on quality or client relationships, is something I’m continuously working to solve.
